We also use a tool called
Guiguts for auto generating html.
Guiguts isn't a command-line program so you have an user interface.
See the installation instructions for:
Windows,
Mac, and
Linux.
After having Guiguts working you should copy, paste and save PG's text into it and run Fixup/HTML Fixup/Autogenerate HTML.
