i have tried with 'id', 'guid', 'link', 'links'.... nothing.
in 'ID' and in 'LINK' tag i find the obfuscated link.

When I try a recipe with that feed calibre crashes in parsing xml. There is already simmilar problem with times online recipe. It appears to be some kind of bug.
