use 8.04.4, 10.4 seem with some problem and I don't know why,
so I change to version near 8.04. suggest use English Version.
then follow the iOn Development Environment.pdf step by step
and check the SDK build_all_from_scratch, you will know how to build,
if no po file (locale then comment # all cd po make po....)
Now, hello-world is running,
and build everything, but still confuse for plugins install, schema file type,
