Sell it to Google for $340 (profit of $90 for LG)
Sell it to T-Mobile for $340 (profit of $90 for LG)
Google sell it for $349.
T-Mobile sell it for $499.

so the more phones that LG make, the better for them since they will make $90 profit for each one sold.
