Theoretically EPUBReader should run with a Mozilla/Gecko based browser which uses at least Gecko version 1.9.0 (which is used by Firefox 3.0). Except some minor problems, EPUBReader runs for example very well with Seamonkey 2.0 which is based on Gecko 1.9.1.
I've checked the list of browsers you have posted. The only Gecko based seems to be Minimo, but I can't imagine, that it uses Gecko 1.9.0, because Gecko 1.9.0 was released 2008 when development of Minimo had already stopped.
Did you ever try to run Firefox on the iLiad? If I'm right, Linux is running on the iLiad, so in general it should work. But probably the hardware of the iLiad is not sufficient for Firefox.
