There's an invitation on Baen's site to send an email to "pr@baen.com" if you missed out on buying any of the Baen bundles as a result of these unannounced changes. I've just done so, and Baen have very kindly refunded me the purchase price of the books that I bought separately as a consequence of missing the January bundle. Very good customer service!
