So B&N, Kodo and Apple fixed layout ePub's aren't 'standard ePubs'
B&N ePubs aren't standard because of the DRM.
Apple ePubs aren't standard because of the DRM.
Still think that there are more 'standard ePubs' sold than Kindle books?
