As far as I know, there's no technical reason why OpenInkpot can't support wi-fi.
However! And this is a very big "however!".
No-one in the OI project has any book reader capable of supporting wi-fi, nor SDIO wi-fi cards. Why not donate an Iliad or a
SDIO wifi card to the project?
(the product in the above Amazon link is just an example though)
