A Red Dawn book, hum. I can't say that I've read any. I've read a few WW III books from the 70's/80's, but nothing since then. Red Storm Rising by Tom Clancey was a pretty good WW III book, but it was set in Europe. I thought that The Ten Thousand by Coyle was pretty good, as well, but that was also set in Europe.

There was a pretty good war game back in the 70's with everyone ganging up on the US. I think it was called Invasion USA.
