FBReader does not break at the end of each line with the MOBI version, but the ePub looks good.

I'll change the CSS and add:
blockquote + p {text-indent: 0.0em;}
Don't know how it'll work for Mobipocket though, they probably add this indent automatically on p tags.
You can change the PDF font size using the custom PDF option.
