Let's face it, the built-in speaker for the NC really sucks. If I can help it, I prefer not to use headphones, but axillary speakers instead. I have nice desktop speakers which provide excellent sound for home use. What I needed was a set of portable speakers that were not only small, but also provided excellent sound.

Well, I took a chance and ordered some speakers on sale at Costco.com. Not only are they small enough to fit in a coat pocket, but they provide excellent sound quality and were only $25 (including a set of retractable earbuds w/ mic as a bonus). I'm definitely pleased with this purchase.
