Did it? I just got an email about it this morning. Perhaps there was an appeal in the mean time?

Edit: OK, I just double checked the date, and it's March 20; I didn't notice it at first. Now I am confused, why the "dire news" email this morning? (You can treat this as a rhetorical question if you wish; I realize you're not the ones to ask!)
