Something from the other side... if "Cupertino gets its customary 30% cut", doesn't that mean that the iBooks store is giving self-published authors 70% of the cover price?
It was considered a big deal when Amazon started giving authors that big of a cut... is everyone following suit these days, or is this actually a good deal for authors from Apple?
