About time that VAT on paper and ebooks is applied consistently.

Any decrease in price will depend on where the companies are based for tax purpose though ebooks from Amazon UK are actually sold by Amazon Media EU (based in Luxemburg so lower VAT than the UK in the first place - 3% for ebooks in Luxemburg vs. 20% in the UK)
