I e-mailed Ruby and Astak support, but no answer.

So guys, i need your advice: Is it normal for USPS not to update the package status after so long? If not, whom should I contact: Astak of USPS?

Dear Alvin:

Send me a PM with your real name, mailing address, and email. Let me try to track it down. PLEASE provide your RMA# which Ruby should have provided to you before you sent the unit back to us. Do not worry. Let us see if we can find out where it is.
