Strange - I don't have that menu...
After I installed it the first time it didn't appear either... at the time I was working in a master document... and I noticed the button appeared when I opened a non-master document... so I assume it only works in non-master documents?
Then I stupidly closed the floating menu...
and since I haven't been able to get it back... even after reinstalling...
