I was given a link for this thread on xda forum for Flash:

I downloaded and installed the .17 apk and now have video AND audio playback. Not on every website I tried to play a video but at least 90% worked.

I bookmarked that link. I think the developers will keep updating it if there are problems with Flash in the future.
