No, it's not. The Astak store uses use Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) for DRM, for both PDF and ePub ebooks. They can be read on any ADE device: PCs, Macs (I think), Sony Reade, the Nook, Cybook, Cool-ER, iRexes, BeBook, and a few others.
