rss2book release 16

Hi all

I have released rss2book 16. New in this version (and in release 15, which I did yesterday):

- if you don't have htmldoc installed, rss2book will complain and offer to take you to a site where it can be downloaded
- progress window shows which feed is being processed, and allows you to cancel a run
- published feeds now have comments so they can be better described
- a check is done when publishing a feed to see if it already exists. If an identical feed exists, you can't publish. If a feed with the same name but some differences exists, you'll be shown the differences and asked to confirm publication

There are a couple of bug fixes too.

Enjoy!
