You'll have to check to see if it is available in your area [and the one you're traveling to]. The devices range from $49 to $99 and the rates are 500MB free per month with their device, 2GB for $18 per month with their device and 4GB per month for $29 with their device... all with no contract. I think it's U.S. only.
