I assume PW is the same as Kindle Touch in terms of PDF features (firmware version is 5.2 as opposed to Kindle Touch, currently at 5.1.2), but the higher resolution screen should make things more readable when viewing in full page mode (it has nearly the resolution of iPad1/2). It does have landscape mode, there's no reflow but I've never found that to work very satisfactorily.

Compared to DXG:
- supports PDF bookmarks
- supports PDF links
- pinch zoom pan
- you can highlight/annotate (annotations aren't 'portable' to other PDF software however)
- contrast adjustment
- has multicolumn navigation mode (double tap to zoom column to fit width, then page turn gestures advance down the column, then to next column/page etc.

In summary it is far from ideal but workable for many PDFs. I'll be doing more investigation once my KPW is in my hands.
