Afaik no. One character can only be mapped to one glyph in a ttf-file. Basically each glyph can only have one horizontal metric value, one vertical metric value and only one style indicator. And finally it isn't possible to add more than one font style name to a ttf-file.
You would have to use a True Type Collection (.ttc, basically a package including multiple True Type Fonts) and the Sony PRS-505 can't deal with ttc-files afaik.
