The Man With A Load of Mischief is available on Kobo (Scribner,March 2013, Simon & Schuster eBook) for "only" $9.39. And from where I am from you can use the discount code on that price

Same publisher also has The Old Fox Deceived, Anodyne Necklace and The Dirty Duck (all March 2013 editions).
On BoB they are $7.19 (though I think they cannot be further discounted from that price).
