Today, one of our good old REB1100s displayed the grid screen. I've tried the hard reset multiple times, and I saw the page that says to reformat the internal memory, but I don't see how to do that if all I get is the unresponsive grid screen.

Any ideas? Is this it? It's given me my $ worth, so no loss there, but I loved it, so will miss it!
