I was doing a spreadsheet of all the series I've been reading lately. I'm putting the book titles and publication dates on the spread and came across the oddest thing. One, it's ridiculous to find publication dates for Dresden Novels. Two, the link in the first post here

How were the 2nd - 6th books published before the 7th - 10th? I searched all over and found most at Amazon, can anyone tell me if the below are correct? Or am I missing something when it comes to the above dates and those are actually true?
