I've had no issues with the new Stanza at all... as info... I keep my lib on Mac/Calibre so I only have twelve books loaded to Stanza/iPad. All covers (native and Calbre added) show fine. So far it's been pure joy. (Stanza 3.2, iOS 5.01)
