Bill, you're probably right that the ear light is not worth $30. A look at Amazon shows that $15 appears to be more in the ballpark.

However, I think that shipping would probably come in at $8.00 for most websites.

So using the $15 and $8 figures, we get $42.00 for the jetBook Lite. Still the best eBook reader bargain of the year in my book.
