Looks like the Kindle 1 is the closest in size from the popular ereaders I checked.

Kindle: 8.0 x 5.3 x 0.36
Kindle 1: 7.5 x 5.3 x 0.70
PB 302: 7.5 x 5.1 x 0.50
Nook: 7.7 x 4.9 x 0.50
prs-600: 6.9 x 4.8 x 0.40
Kobo: 7.2 x 4.7 x 0.40
