Scripts are very useful and it can be cumbersome to keep approving new sites. On the other hand, scripts are one way for a hacker to deliver malware to your computer.
I use the NoScript add-on for Firefox.

I use Firefox, but then that is the only browser I will use.
I do have Do Not Track Me, Ghoestry, & AdBlock plus also. But I did not know about scripts.
