I have a Kindle 2, and I have never been able to find a way to replace the upper right corner "battery status" display with author name. The Kindle 1 displays author always, why not the Kindle 2? Anyone else wish for the same ability?

Especially that the battery life typically goes a couple of weeks, I find a battery meter unnecessary most of the time, certainly not important enough to display in lieu of author.
