I got a call yesterday from Augen Customer Support in reference to a "Bug" report I had turned in. They called with information on upgrading the firmware which we did. I downloaded a specified file and installed it into the reader. Unfortunately I didn't notice until later that the "Landscape" view of the book text was "upside down". Now I have to call them again today and get that fixed. I'll let you know how that goes.
