Not sure what you meant but as long as it is the same page on both "devices" I don't see where the problem is. This is to have an idea about how much the document gets resized on eInk compared with its paper version, no matter what the format is.
Let's not forget that all the PDFs (eh, most of them) should be created for printing ..that was the original purpose of this format
