I'm going to get this one, just to check it out, but 22 5-star reviews and no others is a bit suspicious (esp on a $10 self-pubbed title). D-M Publishing has done nothing but Raphael's titles, so is just another made-up and probably non-existent publisher name. It seems to be this company - http://d-mpublishing.com/ - which is a pay-for-editing and promotion service (which probably explains the numerous, probably fake reviews), not D&M Publishing, as in Douglas & McIntyre, Greystone, etc, which is an actual publisher.
