I have same problem as you. Arta Tech device (Boox M92 on silverplate) and I upgraded firmware from official website (
https://www.onyx-boox.com/onyx-boox-...x-m92-firmware) but clicked on wrong link so I got upgrade for M92 Black Pearl.
Device doest stuck at first loading symbol and no upgrade can be done with any firmware (tried 1.7 M92, again M92 black pearl and few others).
I have already contacted the Arta Tech (via email as I can't send ticket from theire site - it does say you have to enter subject even if I have it entered).
I'll keep you posted if I got any info.
