File "site-packages\calibre\library\database2.py", line 427, in __init__

RemoteTraceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\library\sqlite.py", line 142, in run
OperationalError: no such trigger: fkc_delete_books_authors_link

Then i get this message

Python function terminated unexpectedly
no such trigger: fkc_delete_books_author_link
RemoteTraceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\library\sqlite.py", line 142, in run

Then calibre shuts down. Ive tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling to no avail. Not sure whats wrong.
