I have the same problem using romanian diacritics like ă,ş,ţ,î but only in Section list where the newspaper's title appears.
In View Section, View Articles and in the document's content all characters are fine.

For example when i open Section list for Gândul newspaper his title appears like GÃ¢bdul but in Calibre appears ok.
