Calibre has an option (Preferences > Structure detection > Insert page breaks) witch could be used to do things like that, but the ePUB has to have some kind of clear indication of pagination in the actual code. It doesn't need to be a page number, you could use a header or any other specific tag with a class. So, it depends on how your ePUB was actually coded. If you insert these marks in the code, you can convert it to a PDF with the same pagination as the printed edition.
