sun surfer, I am sorry you are not having a good experience with your store. At least the new sales person was nicer than the last girl you talked to and made an effort to help you, which is a little less frustrating. But still the store should be more informed... I would print out the information from the Sony website and take it with you to the store. It's probably a lot easier to just show them what you want and then hand them the ad if the price doesn't scan correctly at the register. Good luck!
