Neil, this is very interesting since I received THAT reply from Amazon.com about two weeks ago:

So, either the left hand at Amazon doesn't know what the right one is doing, or one of us received an incorrect reply. I think we do agree that we both would be more than glad if the reply given to you would prove to be the wrong one ...
