Dear ALL:
For any having any problem with getting their computer to recognize the Pocket PRO, our head tech recommends this procedure:
1. Plug in the USB cable to the computer
first
2. Plug in the other end to the Pocket PRO
last
3. When the screen comes up,
hit the "OK" button.
He says this should take care of the problem.
