Okay, the thing that was rattling around came out.
It looks like the hard reset button broke off. I'd include a picture, but I don't have a camera on me.
Do I really need this button? (I.e. are there hard ways to do a hard reset?) If I were to send it back in, would it be something that the warranty will cover?
