Browsing around I found your thread about converting pdb -pnrd files I keep having the same troubles you are. The files I have are in pdb -pnrd format that I can not convert with ABC keep getting all mixed up stuff. Is there a way to convert these files so that I can read them either in word or pdf format? My quest is still on I know there has to be a way.
