It's too bad we are even having this conversation. When we buy a book (eBook or otherwise), we should have the right to copy it to as many devices, lend/give it to friends and pretty much do whatever we want with it. I understand publishers' fears of piracy, but I also think the consumer has the right to do what they want with their own property.
