When you say 'mobi has no TOC' are you referring to:
- no way to easily navigate to hyperlinked TOC (hyperlinked chapter list usually found at front of book)
- does not display 'NCX view' (pop up with navigational TOC)
- or both
Many books don't have NCX of course.
