Zitkala-Sa: Old Indian Legends, v.1, 26 Dec 2008

This is a collection of several Lakota (Sioux) folk tales. Some of these involve one of the trickster spirits (e.g., Iktomi or his brother Iya). Zitkala-Sa (Lakota for Red Bird) is the pen name of Gertrude Simmons Bonnin who was a native American writer, editor, musician, teacher, and political activist.
