It looks like all they are doing is slapping a cutom label on the outside of the imported tablet. See:

That and some obvious PhotoShop tricks for their website images.

I'm not sure a label in English and maybe a Texas phone number create enough "Value Added" for the extra $80 - $100 price premium.
