There are over 40 paid apps available for free during this promo.
The best way to download these free apps is to open up iTunes, go to the iTunes Store, type "EnsenaSoft" in the search window, open it, select your category on the far right (iPhone Apps or iPad Apps), then start downloading.
To speed up the download process, don't open the app. Instead, click on the "Free" button below it; the process will go much faster for you. Also, ignore all apps with the word "Free" in the title. These versions have ads; and since you're getting the ad-free paid versions for free anyway, there's no point in downloading them.
