I wouldn't say it is a definite NO, you can do it but the experience would be very poor. You can get around the memory limitation using swap, and at some point in the future compcache (once its bugs are worked out). But that still leaves you with screen resolution and performance issues that would make it almost unusable.

I know there is work to improve OO memory use, performance and interface but I can't see it ever being well suited to a device like the Q7. There are several other lighter office programs that will give a much better experience. As cetica96 Abiword and gnumeric are both good alternatives.

Imposter might be the ticket (I haven't used it and I am unsure if it is available for the Q7 yet) if you just want to view presentations.
