I read books from all sorts of places because I have no issues with fiddling with them to do so. But if you are non-techie and don't want to fiddle, your main commercial sources are:

- Amazon (obviously)
- Smashwords
- Fictionwise (multiformat books only)
- Baen Books
- Bookview Cafe and other indie storefronts
- Free books from Feedbooks, Many Books and other freebie aggregators
