No. It will sort on the data in the column, just as before. Of course, the data in the column depends on what the format string for the underlying date is.

No change in behavior -- it sorts on the date-time.

Make sense, but I would like to see the performance hit first. Also, you don't want to sort on the displayed value, because that would make things like Mar 22, 2001 come out after Apr 1, 2001.
